At the competition moment the athlete in playing at the court and on their mind, they need to win both games. Through Mental Toughness Training, I help them grow and develop mentally, increasing their resilience, focus and motivation. My customized one-on-one coaching service helps athletes overcome mental blocks, maximize their performance and become stronger competitors. I focus on building an athlete's Mental Game and ensure that they are prepared to succeed in any circumstance. Our first session

The first coaching appointment with a Mental Performance Coach can be a very exciting and important experience for any athlete. During this session, the Mental Performance Coach will typically start by doing a Mental Toughness Assessment to better understand the athlete's mental game. This assessment is designed to measure an athlete's mental toughness, which has been found to be a key indicator of their performance in sports. Once the assessment is complete, the Mental Performance Coach will use it as a guide for future meetings and develop strategies to help improve the athlete's mental game. During this first session, the coach may also provide video demonstrations of techniques and skills that can be used to improve an athlete's mental game. The main goal of this first meeting is to provide the athlete with a sense of hope and give them strategies they can use to improve their mental game. With these strategies, the athlete will be able to take control of their performance in sports and reach their full potential.
