For your first two sessions, we offer a 15-day Step-by-Step Challenge. This journey will guide you in a practical and interactive way through all the key elements of our coaching process—without overwhelming documents or information.

Over these 15 days, you will:

  • Participate in two virtual coaching sessions (45 minutes each).

  • Complete a mental performance assessment to understand where you are starting from.

  • Involve your support system with a parent questionnaire and a coach questionnaire.

  • Get familiar with the language and concepts used in mental performance coaching.

  • Set your intentions and learn to establish achievable goals.
